Gourmet Chickpea, Avocado and Pores Salads with Maple Syrup and Mustard Sauce

Who said that people who don’ t eat meet are not eating tastily? I have a great choice of salads for a healthy and filling snack! 🙂

Feel confident to experiment with the sauce – it gives unique  taste to the salads of only few simple ingredients! The mix of ingredients I discovered You can try in Your own quantities. If You need more sourness, add more lemon juice, if You like more spicy sauces – add more mustard, etc.

For the Gourmet chickpea salads You will need:

  • About a cup of  boiled chickpea
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Pores
  • Spices for salads
  • Salt

Sauce ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • A little bit of grounded mustard
  1. In a bowl add boiled chickpea, chop avocado, cucumber, pores. The green vegetables with  avocado should be about half as much as chickpea.
  2. In another bowl mix the sauce ingredients, add to the bowl of salads, taste with some salt.

3 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Pudding for a Glowing Skin

Only 3 ingredients, and just a moment to blend!

A way to pamper Yourself with a dessert wisely at any time :).

For a big portion of this health dessert You will need (yes, yes You deserve it! 😉 )

  • 1 banana
  • 1 big avocado (or two smaller)
  • 2 tbsp.  of cacao (the mount of it depends on what chocolate You love more: stronger or lighter. For stronger taste and darker color You can add more cacao.

Banana is one of widest used fruit, not only because of its gentle taste, but also for its nutrition value. One medium banana (about 126 g.) is 110 kcal, 30 g carbohydrates and 1 g of protein. Bananas naturally don’t have neither fat nor cholesterol. Banana has vit.  B6, C, A,  manganese,   potassium, nutritional fiber,  magnesium, also folium acid and iron.

Avocado is amazing source of omega 9 acids, healthy fat (15-30%),  that You need for healthy digestion and healthy skin,  11 vit. (A, B groups, G, D, K, C), and 14 minerals – mostly has potassium, calcium and iron, serving for beauty, good mood and general health.

Cacao is incredible antioxidant. It has almost twice more of antioxidants than red wine, and 3 times more than green tea.  Antioxidants prevent from cancer and heart diseases, and also help You to maintain a youthful look.

Blend well all ingredients (for easier blending You can add a small spoon of water), put in a nice glass for a dessert, and let cool down in  a fridge for few minutes. Once it is ready,  You can add  few strawberries on a top and have Your Summer Siesta!

Chickpea Flour Omelet with Summer Salads and Avocado Sauce

Very healthy and filling dish giving You a needed portion of protein, vitamins, microelements and omega acids. Can t wait to make it again!

    Omelet Batter:

  • 3/4 c. chickpea flour
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8–1/4 tsp. sea salt to taste

Avocado sauce:

  • Avocado
  • A little bit of lemon juice and salt

     Summer salads:

  • Lettuce
  • Green onions
  • Dill
  • Radishes
  • Salad spices
  • A little bit of salt
  • Olive oil
  1. Whisk together the chickpea batter ingredients. It should be like pancake batter, easy to pour.
  2. Heat the pan well with some coconut oil (you can use the olive oil as well, but coconut oil is healthier for frying). Pour the batter. Let it fry a little, flip on the other side.
  3. Make the Summer Salads from lettuce, green onion, dills, radishes, olive oil, a little bit of spices and salt. You want to save more vitamins and microelements so I would advise to tear lettuce in small pieces instead of chopping with a knife.
  4. Make a sauce from avocado, lemon juice and a little bit of salt (blend well all ingredients with a blender).
  5. Serve omlet, summer salads, and avocado nicely  in a big plate.

1. Get down on the floor into plank position. Lift one foot and begin bending the knee as you pull it up between the front body and the floor.
2. Repeat the same action with another leg

You can start with 7 ,,Reaching the Stars” and 7 ,,Mountain Climber” to tone up on your first day and other days add more rounds of those. It is Important You find Your pace and motivation.

How can You hide what is evident?

You don t need to worry, nor cry.. You have all!

You probably want to stop and interrupt me with some different examples from Your life as you come back (willingly or unwillingly) to the moments when You were a kid and everyone was expecting You to be someone.

Parents had planned for You ahead ,,Your awesome career as the lawyer or engineer (etc, etc)”. Teachers seeing You as a leading manager, friends seeing You as a team player. And You.. You didn’ t fit those roles fully, You were neither happy nor successful.. You actually even feel like You’ve let down many people who believed You.

”Maybe” – you sighed, and tried the new role.

But then again.

And again – “That’s not me”.

So many “prescribed roles for You” – perfect group member, organisator, writer, “the soul of company”… but then again that same  – ,,That’ s not me”.

At some time, it can become very difficult until You finally  stop and find Your Own answer of who You really are and Who You want to be.

 All the answers are actually written in Your heart. The rules of understanding them are pretty easy:  No one can live Your life and it is You who create its happiness.

To You I Raise My Hands

Can You remember the moments how You felt having been completely taken care of someone?

Safe and secure, surrounded by Love?

No, You didn’ t need to take care of anything. Just surrender to that care and love. Jesus forgiving Your sins, and wiping Your tears when no one understands You. Your spouse putting on a warmer blanket when You are angry with the world and don t want to see anyone in your bedroom. Your mom telling you a compliment when You don’t deserve that. Your boss giving You a higher position when other co workers hate and sadden You…

It happens from time to time, when You have a chance to look closer at some situations, proving You how loved and needed You are.

And here we go, You are smiling again! The smile comes prudent at first: ,,Look,  how bad I was, how selfish and still I am so lovingly accepted”, few more minutes pass and You start smiling naturally! Yes! That smile and joy again!

It is safe and necessary to Accept Love,

It is safe and necessary to Trust.

It s safe and necessary to stop a bit from any interference of Your ,,wise” thoughts and defense words so the miracle of love and forgiveness can occur again… I know that from that moment on, touched by the warmth of goodness I can believe I am good and worthy again.

Sustainable Fashion or My “Pick Up’s” from Second Hand

Second Hand has a lot to offer!

I constantly find out that, when I renew my wardrobe in just few euros. How great and saving the planet and your budget that way of shopping is! Plus, it gives freedom for your creative thinking: sometimes you need to come up with an idea of how to clean up a spot from a lovely blouse, other times you need to sew a line or mend a little bit  in order for it to fit to your figure. But when you find your thing, the efforts are definitely worthy.  Moreover, you are thinking greenly! By choosing a second hand item,  you proudly step aside from a new factory pollution and at the same time minimize the impacts of it on the environment.

I ve been practising several ways getting the most of second hand.

First one is, when I go to the Second Hand stores and get the things I like myself. Usually, it is a very pleasant process, because on a limited amount of money I often „win“ great deals and also save money! There are a lot of colours and styles of clothes in most of second hand stores.  What is also very pleasant, that there are usually  great choices of sizes. If you are not very used to going to stores like that, you can invite a friend or mom for a walk and also offer them to check out one Second Hand store nearby.

My own Second Hand “Pick Up’s”

Second way is to share or exchange Second Hand goods with your friend. In my last job I ve been working  mostly with a group of women. There was a “trend” to bring bags of used or given away clothes and shoes for co-worker women to pick. There were women that never looked seriously at such bags and the content in them, but I was. I used to gladly accept the clothes, that fitted me, I even had some pleasant photoshoots in nature in them!

Third way is to get materials from the Second Hand store and sew the items you like. Yes, yes! That is possible!  I ve sewn myself a couple of sweet things, from pretty unusuall materials: a long beach skirt from a thick cotton material from curtains and a cute dress from a bright cotton bedding!

Fourth way I tried is looking at my mom’ s wardrobe and doing something unexpected – trying on a skirt she wore over 30 years ago! Yes, she gladly gave me it, and our sizes are practically the same. I was happy to give a second life to the lovely skirt of my mom!
