Fill Your Plate With Color or Eat Smartly Simple Food!

Why not to add more color in Your plate? First  of all fresh veggies and more color look nicely and stimulate apetite just right before starting to eat Your meal. Also, every color has its unique information and the use for Your organism. It is natural remedy from nature, giving vitality, support, needed antioxidants and giving You more optimism. How does all should look like?

Take a big plate and place in Your plate the vegetables and (or) fruit You find in Your garden and fridge. You will be surprised to see You can find few different colors to place in Your plate. Cabbage, carrots, cucumber, potatoes for starters almost everyone can find at home. In my plate I also have baked in an oven celery slices. Inexpensive, yet pretty nutritious meal!

Purple cabbage  is super rich in fiber,  vitamin C, A, K, U. It fights free radicals, helps to let them go from organism,  improves  digestion, reduces cholesterol, prevents from Alzheimer disease, helps Your heart to stay healthy. It is good for immune system, skin. The purple color fruit and vegetables also help to fight cancer cells, improve memory and signalizes of great source of antioxidants in them.

Green cucumber. According to the  science publication „Smithsonian magazine“ anxiety can be healed simply by choosing to eat sour cucumbers. The explanation is very simple: the cucumbers have the calming effect. We can also match it with its green colour, which has always been calming and healing. Green color vegetables are a lot of alkaline, therefore preventing from cancer and helping to loose weight If You choose to eat fresh cucumbers, You would be surprised to know that they are very good for bones, as they contain a lot of vitamin K. Also, they supply organism well with fluids, are good for skin, cardiovascular system, normalise weight and are great source of antioxidants.

Orange carrots are inexpensive  vegetables, low in calories, that can become Your Youth and Beauty elixir. They contain vitamins C, D, E, B, calcium, ferum, magnesium, a lot of carotene, which becomes vitamin A. The organism takes best vitamins from carrots, when they are stewed with oil or steamed and then mixed with some unrefined oil (for example pumpkin seed, nuts oil,  olive, flaxseed oil. Orange color because of carotene helps Your skin be healthy and glowing.

White celery root. White color fruit and vegetables are the real tresure of antioxidants. They reduce „the bad“ cholesterol, lower the blood pressure and improve the working of cardiovascular system. Did You know that among irreplaceable use of antioxidants, celeries also are among the least expensive youth elixir and aphrodisiacs?

Yellow potatoes are rich in carotene and provides a lot of kalium. Yellow color goes along with orange and provides with similar use. The potatoe is known as starchy vegetable. Still the scientists of this fast moving modern time found means how to reduce the bad impact of it. Did You know that if You boil potatoes and let them cool down (and just then reheat them or fry on a little fat) instead of eating at once, You have a much healthier dish with visibly less glycemic index, that is safer prevention from cancer and all in all better for Yor all organism?

Stay fit! Choose the Best! And fill Your life with more colors. Life is Beautiful!

3 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Pudding for a Glowing Skin

Only 3 ingredients, and just a moment to blend!

This is for You and Your healthy glowing skin (and not only).

A way to pamper Yourself with a dessert wisely at any time :).

For a big portion of this health dessert You will need (yes, yes You deserve it! 😉 )

  • 1 banana
  • 1 big avocado (or two smaller)
  • 2 tbsp.  of cacao (the mount of it depends on what chocolate You love more: stronger or lighter. For stronger taste and darker color You can add more cacao.

Banana is one of widest used fruit, not only because of its gentle taste, but also for its nutrition value. One medium banana (about 126 g.) is 110 kcal, 30 g carbohydrates and 1 g of protein. Bananas naturally don’t have neither fat nor cholesterol. Banana has vit.  B6, C, A,  manganese,   potassium, nutritional fiber,  magnesium, also folium acid and iron.

Avocado is amazing source of omega 9 acids, healthy fat (15-30%),  that You need for healthy digestion and healthy skin,  11 vit. (A, B groups, G, D, K, C), and 14 minerals – mostly has potassium, calcium and iron, serving for beauty, good mood and general health.

Cacao is incredible antioxidant. It has almost twice more of antioxidants than red wine, and 3 times more than green tea.  Antioxidants prevent from cancer and heart diseases, and also help You to maintain a youthful look.

Blend well all ingredients (for easier blending You can add a small spoon of water), put in a nice glass for a dessert, and let cool down in  a fridge for few minutes. Once it is ready,  You can add  few strawberries on a top and have Your Summer Siesta!

Stay Beautiful and Glowing and know that You deserve the Best! 😉

Chickpea Flour Omelet with Summer Salads and Avocado Sauce

Very healthy and filling dish giving You a needed portion of protein, vitamins, microelements and omega acids. Can t wait to make it again!

    Omelet Batter:

  • 3/4 c. chickpea flour
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8–1/4 tsp. sea salt to taste

Avocado sauce:

  • Avocado
  • A little bit of lemon juice and salt

     Summer salads:

  • Lettuce
  • Green onions
  • Dill
  • Radishes
  • Salad spices
  • A little bit of salt
  • Olive oil
  1. Whisk together the chickpea batter ingredients. It should be like pancake batter, easy to pour.
  2. Heat the pan well with some coconut oil (you can use the olive oil as well, but coconut oil is healthier for frying). Pour the batter. Let it fry a little, flip on the other side.
  3. Make the Summer Salads from lettuce, green onion, dills, radishes, olive oil, a little bit of spices and salt. You want to save more vitamins and microelements so I would advise to tear lettuce in small pieces instead of chopping with a knife.
  4. Make a sauce from avocado, lemon juice and a little bit of salt (blend well all ingredients with a blender).
  5. Serve omlet, summer salads, and avocado nicely  in a big plate.

Enjoy Your meal and let me know how You like it! 😉
