Never too late to make the right option. It is important You take it. When it comes to make the choice for a healthy snack, I choose avocado. I peel it off and enjoy the promising green color and start my day! I make small slices and put them on a nicely roasted bread. I find my sun dried tomatoes and chop them nicely into little pieces to cover the top of my sandwiches. I find exact amount. I put some salt and fresh basil leaves on top. I put all in a nice plate. My morning is off to a great start!
So simple, yet tasty and boosting my energy! I make more sandwiches so I can share with my beloved if He… unexpectedly comes in the kitchen!

Who said that people who don’ t eat meet are not eating tastily? I have a great choice of salads for a healthy and filling snack! 🙂
Feel confident to experiment with the sauce – it gives unique taste to the salads of only few simple ingredients! The mix of ingredients I discovered You can try in Your own quantities. If You need more sourness, add more lemon juice, if You like more spicy sauces – add more mustard, etc.
For the Gourmet chickpea salads You will need:
About a cup of boiled chickpea
Spices for salads
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of pumpkin seed oil
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 teaspoon of maple syrup
A little bit of grounded mustard
In a bowl add boiled chickpea, chop avocado, cucumber, pores. The green vegetables with avocado should be about half as much as chickpea.
In another bowl mix the sauce ingredients, add to the bowl of salads, taste with some salt.

For a big portion of this health dessert You will need (yes, yes You deserve it! 😉 )
1 big avocado (or two smaller)
2 tbsp. of cacao (the mount of it depends on what chocolate You love more: stronger or lighter. For stronger taste and darker color You can add more cacao.
Banana is one of widest used fruit, not only because of its gentle taste, but also for its nutrition value. One medium banana (about 126 g.) is 110 kcal, 30 g carbohydrates and 1 g of protein. Bananas naturally don’t have neither fat nor cholesterol. Banana has vit. B6, C, A, manganese, potassium, nutritional fiber, magnesium, also folium acid and iron.
Avocado is amazing source of omega 9 acids, healthy fat (15-30%), that You need for healthy digestion and healthy skin, 11 vit. (A, B groups, G, D, K, C), and 14 minerals – mostly has potassium, calcium and iron, serving for beauty, good mood and general health.
Cacao is incredible antioxidant. It has almost twice more of antioxidants than red wine, and 3 times more than green tea. Antioxidants prevent from cancer and heart diseases, and also help You to maintain a youthful look.
Blend well all ingredients (for easier blending You can add a small spoon of water), put in a nice glass for a dessert, and let cool down in a fridge for few minutes. Once it is ready, You can add few strawberries on a top and have Your Summer Siesta!

Very healthy and filling dish giving You a needed portion of protein, vitamins, microelements and omega acids. Can t wait to make it again!
3/4 c. chickpea flour
3/4 c. unsweetened nondairy milk
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8–1/4 tsp. sea salt to taste
A little bit of lemon juice and salt
A little bit of salt
Whisk together the chickpea batter ingredients. It should be like pancake batter, easy to pour.
Heat the pan well with some coconut oil (you can use the olive oil as well, but coconut oil is healthier for frying). Pour the batter. Let it fry a little, flip on the other side.
Make the Summer Salads from lettuce, green onion, dills, radishes, olive oil, a little bit of spices and salt. You want to save more vitamins and microelements so I would advise to tear lettuce in small pieces instead of chopping with a knife.
Make a sauce from avocado, lemon juice and a little bit of salt (blend well all ingredients with a blender).
Serve omlet, summer salads, and avocado nicely in a big plate.

This smoothie is a great energizer and protector from viruses, also great source of probiotics, and vitamin C.
Samosas with spicy vegetable filling.
The best snack gathering family and friends together! Crunchy and filling! Great to bring in picnics and trips.
2 cups of spelt or wheat flavor
2/3 cups of water
4 spoons of coconut oil
1 tea spoon of turmeric
1 tea spoon of salt.
½ of cabbage
A slice of pumpkin
½ of tea spoon of ginger powder
½ of tea spoon of caraway
½ of tea spoon of cumin
1 tea spoon of salt
Firstly make a batter from the batter ingredients. Knead well flavor, coconut oil, water, turmeric, salt and leave in a bowl under wet towel for a little while.
In a hot pan with some oil fry spices shortly, add vegetables, put a lid on and stew till they gently soften.
Roll the batter well with a roller, put vegetable mass on it and form samosas.
Bake for 25-30 min in a hot oven.

Vegan heart shaped Waffles
Amazingly Tasty heartshaped waffles without milk, butter and eggs! Plant based and diary free! The function of an egg here replaces mashed banana that ,,glues” the batter to the perfect consistency and makes your waffle easily taken out of a pan. For waffles to turn out well and not to stick to a pan, you need to brush it with oil thoroughly and heat it very well before placing a batter. Pamper yourself and your loved ones! 🙂
150 g. spelt flavor
50 g. buckwheat flavor
1,5 -2 tablespoon of coconut palm sugar or maple syrup
100 g coconut oil
220 ml plant based milk
1 medium banana
1 tea spoon cinnamon
1 tea spoon ginger powder
½ tea spoon baking powder
a little bit of salt
Firstly put in a bowl all dry ingredients: flavor, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and ginger powder, a little bit of salt, mix all well with a spoon;
Put banana and a little bit of milk in a blender and mix till good consistency;
Add to the mixed dry ingredients, pour the rest of the milk and coconut oil;
Mix the batter well and bake in a pan for waffles.
