Touch Talk

Talking less, listening more… Embracing everything with a soothing emotion… Care, hug, glimpse, smile… Unexpected attention…Warm cup of hot tea… Touch Talk… From Your inside to another’s…

How to Have a healing conversation?

First of all, meet with Love! Recognize your own value and dignity and see it in another. The meeting happened. You are here for the reason. To Touch Talk. To melt one’s heart. To help to open it up. To discover together. To share. To enjoy. If necessary to cry.

Create the desire in Your mind to want to listen.. Relate.. Listen. The flow of words need Your attention. They are unrolling more and more smoothly with Your kind encouragement.

Go on.

Hmmm…

Yes..

Could You explain more please?

 I can imagine it hurts…

Try to relax…

Tell me more about that…

No necessity for anything else… just to be besides while words are unrolling…

Think of the positives in Your relationship with the other person.

Pause. Reflect. Adjust. Act. The pause is a stoplight. To stop in order to reflect the importance of the person. To pause in order to understand the situation. To adjust Your focus on being said words and feelings. Just then acting by being empathically present.

Touch talk. Melt with embrace. Simply stay besides…

7 Words of Virgin Mary guiding me before upfront Decisions

  • ,,How this can be if I don t know a man”? (Luke 1:34) When Angel Gabriel manifested to the Virgin Mary and said that she will give a birth to the son and will name him Jesus, Mary was confused. However,  She wasn’ t afraid to ask questions. She was willing to fully know and understand God’s will. She was humble and fearful, because she wanted what Lord wanted for her.

Everytime I am fearful or doubt, oh, Mother Mary, let me come in the dialogue with God.

  • ,,I am the Lord’s Servant, may Your word to me be fulfilled” (Luke 1:38). – she said. She was obedient. She stepped aside from any humanish planning, and said ,,Yes” to His will. Sometimes it is hard to say that firm ,,Yes” because we have our own life plan, understanding, leading solutions… Mary’s obedience was mostly walking unwalked paths, in the darkness, not knowing what’s further… But as He asked Her, she surrendered and was gifted with the Biggest Grace  – Motherhood of the Lord Jesus.

When the new day starts, let me begin: ,,I am the Lord’s Servant, may Your Word to me be fulfilled”.

  • ,,Mary entered Zechariah’s home and greeted Elizabeth“ (Luke 1:40) Two women were sharing fulfilling joy about what good the Lord has done to them (not what bad people have done to them) Sharing joy in Holy Spirit makes the meeting meaningful and uplifting. The gift of sharing is universal.

Everytime I enter new home, new encounter I want to be like Mary and Elizabeth – share the joy about what good the Lord has done to me (not what bad  people have done to me)

  • And Mary joyfully said,
    “My soul magnifies the Lord,
and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
for God has looked with favor on the lowliness of the Almighty’s servant.
    Surely, from now on all generations will call me blessed;
for the Mighty One has done great things for me,
    and holy is God’s name.
God’s mercy is for those who fear God
    from generation to generation.
    God has shown strength with God’s arm;
God has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts.
God has brought down the powerful from their thrones,
    and lifted up the lowly;
God has filled the hungry with good things,
and sent the rich away empty.
    God has helped servant Israel,
    in remembrance of God’s mercy,
according to the promise God made to our ancestors,
to Abraham and to his descendants forever.  (Luke 1:46-55)

How grateful  Mary is , how grateful  we can be, for each of ours gifts and blessings – there s so much words unspoken! The modest Lord’s Servant Mary is giving the example.

Let me often praise You, Lord, with Magnificat, just like Mary did!

  • “When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this!? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.”  (Luke 2:48) Those are the most sorrowful words of Mary. Mary feels pain because the Son, the Saviour given to Her suddenly dissapeared. Mary kept the answer of the Son Jesus silently in Her heart and was quietly considering.

Whenever I am tempted to surrender in pain, give me, Mother Mary, wisdom to know that for everything is divine timing and I will be given understanding and support.

  • ,,They have no wine” (John 2:3) – said Mary in a wedding ceremony in Cannes when all  the wine was gone. She was the first to notice the lack then,  she does the same in my life now – sees the lack and tells Her Son, that I would be supported. Wine is the symbol of Love. She cares about this most important supply, she is concerned I would always have it.

Everytime I don t have Wine of Love, oh, Mother  Mary, tell Your Son to fill me with It.

  • “Do whatever he tells you,”(John 2:5) – she told the servants in the wedding. She was obedient till the end. She was the first Follower and Apostle of Jesus. She knew that there is a meaning in everything her son is doing. Mary’s life from the very beginning was different, exceptional. She is a model proving Lord’s miracles through a complete trust and obedience. Those last Mary’s words is the Testament to all of us: to do, what He [Jesus] is telling us. She paved for us the path of Love, Holiness and Peace, pointing out to Her Son, our Saviour.

Everytime I am tempted to feel angry, disappointed, lost and abandoned, I ll ask her for hope. Come, oh, Mother Mary, give me to hold Your Son. Let me be as loving, peaceful, calm and trusting as You are.

Oh, Yeah! Fear is No Longer Here

Oh, Yeah, Fear is no longer here!

I blew it out in a big balloon and let it go.

Fear is no longer here. Trust me!

I am sitting here in the balcony, caressing cat’s fur

and watching the coming moon…

It is no longer here, because I washed the dirty spoons,

that are now full with better moods… 😉

Come closer, Love, Fear has been let go!

Wide and open — in the summer night

With a perfect carrier — big and pink balloon.

I better now rely on a soft and cosy cat’s Mickey’s fur…

And I’m so delighted to hear that calm and peaceful “Murrrrrr”…

Hey, what’s going on!?

I see my Mom step in in room

She has her big  hair – rollers on

And  brings me jam with bread

(To eat with joy) 🙂

I now eat jam with bread

and make Mom laugh instead 😀

(You know, that ,,jammy” smile… 🙂 )

You Are a Piece of Art!

The painting of the author

You are a piece of Art! You were created perfect with all the good You have.

Being an Art means happiness, self – assurance, self – esteem, love and joy.

You are a piece of Art!

You have unique face features, special voice. The way You walk and attract gazes is Your own privilege. Your ability to notice good in others and that powerful skill to  make smile thousands while You are  smiling are incredible.

Have You ever looked at Yourself as a piece of art? Have You been feeling grateful for that?

If not yet, You should! I can tell with confidence that there is no other like You!

You were created by the wonderful Hands of Creator. Yes – from the very beginning You were His perfect clay. He easily made a masterpiece from You.

Therefore He adores You. He was pleased to see You growing and coming to the self – consciousness state You are in now. He knows all Your challenges, struggles  and is so proud of You over and over again, because no matter what sometimes You still  raise Your head up and smile to the white soft cloud in the sky. He then hides behind and whispers You softly: ,,Oh, my Beloved Child…”

You have what You need to have. Everything is so natural. There is no need to complain nor hide.

Bright and confident You are shining. That is Your natural style. You know Your worth and take the best from life, understanding the simple truth: “I am a piece of Art. Lord created me perfect and no one can take away that from me”…

7 Ways to Give a Meaning to Your Life (coronavirus)

  • Give a meaning to being Together. It might be that now you have more time to spend with your loved ones. Instead of looking at the flaws of each other, do something meaningful together. Learn a new language, redecorate your home, change tapestry, play board games or domino, or maybe start creating  a Vlog together? Every evening have a tradition to watch a new movie together and to discuss about.
  • Pray more, strengthen your faith praying your favourite prayers and reading the Bible.  Maybe You will even find some new prayers to learn? If You are new to the Bible I would recommend to start with the Gospel and the Book of Pslams. Those texts will uplift Your day and will give a meaning to it. Find at least 5 minutes for this new habbit daily and you will see how successfully you are going out of negativity in your life and starting to love more.
  • Start writing a gratitude journal. We should always be full of gratitude, because Lord is giving us so much and he wishes us to be happy. If you are starting to feel negative thinking that you are lacking something there might be several reasons. One could be you are not giving  enough, another – you are not grateful enough. Another time you “catch” yourself negative and complaining about the lack of abundance and justice in your life, answer yourself honestly ‘’Do I give enough”? and “Am I grateful enough”?
  • Try to meet the sunrise and lead the sunset, even if it is through the window at home.  Bring back romantics in life, look how beautiful it is around, how beautiful the sun and the sky are. Take a moment to remember all the good that has happened during your day, or how you want to start the new one. Kiss your loved ones, pamper your cat or dog with extra snack, say a compliment or simply blow some soap bubbles through the window ,,blowing out” all negativity, that has not yet been let go. Stretch your hands up to the sky and say: “ I accept all the Best coming my way, I accept Love, Abundance, Perfect Health and Happiness”! Remember that what we accept with joy,  we have. Live according to the natural cycles of nature, keep calm and stay strong and always know that after darkest night the brightest dawn is coming!
  • Renew some family traditions or create new ones. Try how peaceful it is to crawl in bed after having had a herbal tea time with your family gathered around in one place and talking openly in the candlelight? How about playing “Memory” game and discovering new tales all together on the weekends?
  • Learn a new skill. Always wanted to learn new skill? NOW is the perfect time! Stop delaying and just do it! You can even find great courses for free on platform like www.udemy.com, or following interesting YouTube channels. Realise what you want, start doing and keep going! Yes, you can achieve a LOT.
  • Do a good work. We grow in fulfillment by sharing. Which gifts I have I can share with others in need? By giving we not only gladen another but also enrich ourselves.

You are very blessed and gifted indeed! Share Your gifts with the world!
